Potatoes with pesto

  1. Ingredients:

  2. potatoes a potato per person

  3. basil 10 -12 leaves

  4. olive oil pour a few tablespoons at a time until basil is fully chopped

  5. salt and pepper to taste

  6. almonds 1-2 handfuls

  7. procedure:

  8. blend almonds, basil, salt and pepper

  9. chop potatoes into six pieces, try to make them as uniform as possible so the bake evenly

  10. pour pesto over potatoes

  11. bake potatoes in a 350 degree oven until tender (like 10-15 min depending on size of potatoes

  12. you can also boil potatoes first and pour pesto over them
