Ingredients: 2 cups of oatmeal flour1 1/2 cups of almond milk1/2 teaspoon vanilla2 tablespoons of cornstarch1/2 cups of water12 peaches or any fruit you have on hand2 tablespoons of sugarProcedure: cut peaches/ fruit in stripsin a pan cook the oatmeal: pour milk, oatmeal and vanilla for 15 min until its thickin a coffee cup mix the cornstarch and waterin a casserole pour peaches, sugar, cornstarch mix and cooked oatmealput in oven on 350 for an hour (check every 15 min, until oatmeal looks golden)let it cool completely before eating or putting it in the fridge
