Ground Beef & Marinade
Multi Use Seasoning not just for ground beef
2-3 leaves oregano
1 sprig rosemary
2-3 cloves garlic
2-3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons olive oil
to taste salt and pepper
1 lemon/ lime
1 lb groud beef (80% lean)
Add seasonings mentioned above.
Leave marinating for a few hours, preferably overnight. If you’re in a hurry you can add seasonings while cooking and it still gets flavor.
Add olive oil to pan, wait until hot, add meat. Break up meat with spoon or potato masher.
Turn once in a while so all the meat gets cooked.
This process takes like 10 min, just check that meat is cooked through.
Once cooked at to anything you desire.
Alternatives:If you don’t have oregano and rosemary you can use ms. dash no salt seasoningYou can add cayenne pepper or paprikaYou can add alcohol like amaretto, frangelico, brandy, or vodka.If you cant find Worcestershire you can use balsamic vinegarYou can use salt to taste but the recipe is low sodiumYou can add oregano, rosemary and garlic to the olive oil and leave it to take in the flavor and then add to the beef.You can add veggies like mushrooms and onion
The seasoning doesn’t have to be exactly what i say, it really depends on your cravings and your pantry.
